Alternatively, you can bring your Chopard product to an official Chopard retailer. All are, without exception, authorised to take care of your item. We offer resizing and repair services for most jewelry and watches purchased from our store. Bring your item in, and our staff will assess it and provide an estimate. Some services may be complimentary, depending on the warranty terms.
For returns and exchanges, please visit the store within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Custom pieces may have different policies, so please consult with our team during your purchase.
